The Cancellation Policy outlines the refund eligibility should a guest wish to cancel a booking.
If a guest cancels the reservation, the refund payout is determined by the policy in place at the time of booking. The host has discretionary powers to refund in excess of the stated policy if extenuating circumstances apply.
The cancellation policy, determined by the host, is automatically set when an accommodation is listed. The standard cancellation policy is as follows:
- (A full refund, minus the Nights2stay administrative fee, will be given if the cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to arrival. This applies to all listings made in advance. Cancellations made after this time will not be eligible for a refund.
- If a booking is made between 7 days and 48 hours before the arrival date, a 50% refund will be issued if the booking is cancelled with 24 hours of the confirmation receipt.
- If a booking is made within 48 hours of arrival date and subsequently cancelled, no refund will be issued.
Any alterations to the standard cancellation policy need to be clearly specified within the description of your listing.
The Cancellation Policy is available/applicable to all guests who have booked on the site, no matter the destination or their country of residence.
*Nights2stay have an obligation to both the host and the guest and our administration fees amount to 10% of the booking fee and are applied to all cancellations.
Refunds will be processed within 4 days of Nights2stay being notified.
