I've received a booking request. What do I do now?
When a guest makes a booking request, you will receive an email advising you on how to accept or reject it. We do advise you to respond quickly to the request as guests may make more than one request.
Will I be charged a fee for using Nights2stay?
Nights2stay will deduct a total of 10% commission from the total booking fee.
How do I find out more about my guest?
When a guest makes a booking request they have an opportunity to send you a message and some contact details. You can then ask the guest any questions you may have.
